About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Carpentry Supervisor to oversee daily carpentry operations in our woodworking and cabinet shop. This role is hands -on and includes managing a team of carpenters and helpers, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a wood carpenter, cabinet maker, or millwork carpenter
- 2+ years experience leading or supervising carpentry teams
- Strong ability to read shop drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with shop machinery and hand tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb
Nice To Haves
- Experience in architectural mill work or custom cabinetry
- CNC or production -shop experience
- Installation and field coordination experience
