Caring Senior Service is looking for an exceptional Lead Caregiver to support our clients and care team in Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls, West Bend, and surrounding areas. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional caregiving experience (CNA's strongly encouraged to apply)
Strong leadership abilities and a passion for supporting others
Clear communication skills — written and verbal
Dependability, professionalism, and compassion
Tech skills to comfortably use our scheduling and communication systems
Flexible in scheduling and willingness to be on-call for open shifts
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Mentor and support new caregivers
Communicate clearly and professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff
Step in to fill open shifts when needed
Ensure care plans are followed and communicated accurately
Provide timely follow-up and updates
Promote teamwork, reliability, and a positive experience for every client
Serve as a dependable, go-to person during last-minute or challenging situations
