About The Position

REQUIREMENTS: Education and/or Experience: Minimum high school diploma and minimum three years related work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using the district computer software is preferred. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Receives and greets staff, students, parents, and visitors courteously and assists them accordingly. Supports and enforces Board policies and administrative procedures. Handles correspondence, telephone communications, and schedules appointments for the respective administrators. Serves as a point of contact with the Human Resources department for personnel related matters. Prepares monthly Board information for appropriate district-level departments. Assists with the completion of assigned projects/tasks. Maintains a clean and welcoming environment in the front office. Maintains office equipment such as copy machines, fax machines, and printers. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technology utilized by the district. Assumes decision-making responsibilities within the realm of the position. Coordinates duties and schedules of other office support staff. Maintains a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information. Handles routine clerical functions for the assigned operational center. Must satisfy all job related attendance requirements. A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment. Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday Availability of Position: Immediately Salary: Range $49,358 - 65,229 Placement on the salary schedule depends upon educational preparation and work experience in the field - 260-day contract.
