About The Position

We're looking for a visionary Lead to build and own the operational backbone of our rapidly growing 'Activate Experts' program. As a senior leader on the team, you will be responsible for designing the systems, processes, and strategies that allow us to scale our training to our in-store experts efficiently while delivering a world-class learning experience. This is a highly strategic role, perfect for an operator who can master everything from technical operations, complex business workflows to the learning technical infrastructure they run on.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a strategic, technical operations role, such , Product Management, Business Systems Analyst,or Platform Operations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
  • Innovator: Strong problem solving mindset to come-up with AI driven solutions for operational efficiencies.
  • Market Analysis : Scan the market for new AI driven technologies and provide data driven recommendations, tech assessments and comparative analysis , we can bring in-house
  • Business Process and Systems Integration: A deep understanding of how to evaluate business operations and implement technology solutions. This includes a strong command of impact analysis, gap analysis, and system options to identify and recommend improvements.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills: Proven ability to produce and analyze complex data. Possesses an advanced understanding of analytical tools and techniques to support business processes, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Operational Systems Expertise: Deep expertise in designing and scaling operational processes and systems (e.g., LMS, CRM, support ticketing, Service Now, payment systems).
  • Agile Operations: A strong Agile Scrum and PMP background, with hands-on expertise in Jira to manage projects and align cross-functional teams effectively. ( JIRA, JIRA Align)

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership: Define and own the long-term scaling strategy and vision for the Activate Experts program, ensuring it can scale efficiently and quickly
  • AI Driven Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend AI based solutions within your area of focus, and contribute to the development of larger-scope proposals. Make recommendations on alternative technology approaches to ensure alignment with the latest trends.
  • Requirements & Prototyping: Synthesize requirements from multiple sources like customer feedback, data analysis, and cross-functional teams. Provide technical requirements to product ,data and engineering teams to operationalize business models. Define and validate prototypes to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Strong influencer with Product Management, Engineering, L&D, Business and Operations to drive discussions, ensuring the necessary data for design and requirement decisions is readily available.
  • Solution Execution: Lead AI solutioning for complex operational tasks, working with cross-functional teams to optimize processes across both business and technical infrastructure.
  • Data-Driven Culture: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, producing and analyzing complex data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key learning tech vendors that support the learning tech (Docebo, Intellum, Articulate, Credly, Glider, Synthesia, WhatFix, 7Taps, ServiceNow, JIRA, Analytics Reporting Tools)
