ChristianaCare is searching for a Lead, Business Process Improvement Specialist to provide senior‑level, hands‑on expertise in targeted business process improvement (BPI) to support ChristianaCare’s strategic, operational, and growth initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, redesigning, and improving clinical and operational processes that directly impact access, capacity, cost, quality, and experience. The position operates as an embedded improvement specialist, partnering with initiative leaders, operational stakeholders, and project teams to translate improvement opportunities into practical, sustainable process changes.
