About The Position

The Global Business Solutions Center Financial Systems team acts as consultants supporting the Shared Services Organization and other Mastercard business owners through support of key systems by providing project management, application and end-user support. The team is built upon strong contributors with leadership abilities, consulting mindsets and strong project management skills. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead, Oracle ERP Cloud to play a critical role in preparing for and executing the implementation of our Oracle ERP Cloud platform. This senior individual contributor will drive solution design, business process transformation, and implementation readiness, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful deployment. This role emphasizes leadership through influence, deep functional expertise, and hands-on involvement across the full implementation lifecycle. In this role, you will collaborate with technical staff, application end-users, business owners, and external vendors. As the ideal candidate, you'll showcase robust functional knowledge across the Source to Pay process area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite v12 core financial modules
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Ability to quickly engage and influence business partners – driving change in the organization
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of key Project Management methodologies & tools - Microsoft Projects and Visio preferred
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills required – with the ability to effectively communicate & develop strong relationships within a multinational organization
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to independently prioritize and manage assigned projects
  • International & Domestic travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a lead subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle ERP Cloud, guiding implementation strategy and solution design across modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Projects).
  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess current-state processes, define future-state operating models, and align Oracle capabilities to business objectives.
  • Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting activities.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation efforts, including configuration, data migration strategy, integration design, and reporting frameworks.
  • Collaborate with system integrators and Oracle partners to ensure best practices and successful delivery.
  • Define and support testing strategies, including SIT, UAT, and defect management.
  • Establish data governance, security models, and internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX compliance) during implementation.
  • Lead change readiness efforts, including documentation, training support, and user adoption planning.
  • Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities.
  • Identify risks and dependencies, proactively driving mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical and functional leadership to project team members without direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to facilitate and test issue resolution.
  • Provide back-up Production Support - including status communication & escalation.
  • Lead in the definition and development of project requirements to provide a recommended solution.
  • Ensure configuration and training documentation are updated for application changes or new functionality.
