The Lead Business Analyst will drive business analysis for large/multi stream programs, focusing on requirements strategy, process design, and stakeholder alignment, while guiding a team of BAs to deliver high quality outcomes. Requirements

  • 15 years BA experience with 5 years in a Lead/Manager role
  • Strong in enterprise analysis Agile/SAFe delivery and cross-team coordination
  • Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, SQL, data analysis
  • Bachelors in Business/IT

  • Duck Creek/Guidewire
  • .NET
  • CBAP, SAFe, Lean certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead BA team across multiple workstreams define standards templates and governance
  • Drive complex requirements, elicitation, user stories, BRD-FRD and end to end process design
  • Conduct impact analysis, process modelling and solution validation with architecture and QA
  • Manage stakeholder alignment prioritization scope decisions and business sign offs
  • Support Agile/SAFe ceremonies
  • UAT planning, defect triage and delivery readiness
