The Lead Bookkeeper will manage and execute all day-to-day financial functions, including: Accounts Payable & Vendor Management – entering bills, scheduling payments, and maintaining accurate vendor records. CFO-Level Duties – forecasting, budgeting, cash-flow management, financial strategy, and executive reporting. Bank & Account Reconciliations – timely and accurate reconciliation across all accounts each month. QuickBooks Online Administration – full command of QBO, including reporting, custom rules, classes, and job-costing. Financial Policy & Internal Controls – creating and maintaining processes that ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency. Oversight of accounts receivable personnel This is a supervisory-only role. We are looking for someone who excels in both strategic financial leadership and hands-on execution.
