Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven expertise in mixology with a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Valid alcohol service certification as required by state law.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification from a recognized bartending or mixology program.
  • Experience with inventory management software and POS systems.
  • Knowledge of craft beer and wine pairing.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead bartender role.
  • Creativity in cocktail development and menu design.

Responsibilities

  • Design and prepare a diverse range of cocktails and beverages that align with the venue’s brand and customer preferences.
  • Lead, train, and mentor bar staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol service laws and health regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, promotions, and events that drive customer engagement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
