About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation. The Lead Barista monitors total department conditions and follows through to maintain standards, while demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. City Market, based in Colorado, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and now serves customers in 34 stores throughout Colorado, Utah and Wyoming.
