About The Position
The Lead Barista is responsible for ensuring service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation. They monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards, while demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
