About The Position

As a Lead Banquet Utility Porter, you will lead a team to set the stage for all kinds of exciting events from weddings to conferences! Using your leadership skills, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of our Banquet Area. With your warm and welcoming demeanor, you will be the example for your team to create unforgettable moments!

Requirements

• Meets the minimum age requirement of 21+ years
• Holds a High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• Demonstrates 1+ years of prior relevant experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience leading a team is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of daily scheduled group functions, times, locations, amount of people, location of all Hotel function space and names of rooms, all styles of meeting and Banquet room settings and all safety guidelines
• Communicate with management and staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by the guest or other employees
