Responsibilities
- Apply solid culinary techniques and maintain strong knowledge of food products
- Safely identify and operate kitchen equipment to prepare dishes with consistency and care
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items to ensure readiness for service
- Properly label and date products, following all sanitation and safekeeping standards
- Execute detailed plate presentations with attention to authenticity and quality
- Assist kitchen leadership and teammates during service to maintain smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain solid knowledge of base sauces, stocks, and soups
- Work collaboratively to meet guest needs and support the team
