About The Position
As a Lead Avionics Certification Engineer at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the certification process for new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role involves developing and implementing certification strategies and plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful certification. You will also need to stay updated with industry trends and regulations pertinent to product certification and provide technical guidance and support to your team. This position directly contributes to Honeywell by ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining product quality, reducing time-to-market, mitigating risks, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement within the certification process. You will report to the Sr. Certification Manager and work on a hybrid schedule from the Phoenix, Arizona location.
