About The Position

A great deal of the work that happens in any large business, hospitals included, relies on sound computer applications. Upgrading applications, implementing new versions or apps, and providing support is a busy job with lots of variety. From assessing needs and troubleshooting to quality implementations, our Lead Application Business Analysts have plenty on their task list. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Troubleshoot and repair customer-reported Franciscan Alliance application/system problems. Facilitate business user discussions to identify the requirements for Franciscan Alliance application functionality and workflow. Provide on-call support, including after-hours support, for team and customer, following the Information Services support model. Participate in and facilitate Franciscan Alliance application workflow design and system build. Work with assigned, on premise vendors in implementing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting applications. Design and build Franciscan Alliance applications based on standards and guidelines. Escalate unresolved issues to supervisor and/or manager; collaborate with other teams to resolve issues. Assist with the day-to-day activities of team members including prioritization of work, coordination/assignment of resources and guiding team activities. Document and build workflow, standards, and business processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within and across teams. Act as a Franciscan Alliance applications expert to assist with the creation of training programs. Collect information regarding potential system enhancement needs. Support, implement, and build Franciscan Alliance applications. Monitor the operations of a unit, and provides input to the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5 years Relevant Work Experience Required
  • 1 year Leadership/Mentoring Experience Required

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Preferred Associate's Degree
  • EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING WITH UIPATH RPA TOOLS PREFERRED
  • EPIC Certified or Accredited (if required by role) - EPIC within 90 days of hire.
