About The Position

The Lead Business Analyst defines analysis standards, leads the approach for major initiatives, and guides teams through complex problem‑solving. This role acts as a domain strategist, ensuring alignment across programs and mentoring analysts to strengthen organizational capability. What You’ll do Enterprise Analysis & Strategic Alignment • Lead analysis for initiatives with enterprise-wide impact or significant strategic importance.  • Define high-level business needs, outcomes, and success measures for major programs.  • Ensure that solutions align with organizational strategy, architecture, and long-term operational   goals. Solution Design Leadership & Optimization • Oversee end-to-end process redesign across multiple functions or systems.  • Identify and assess opportunities for automation, integration, and operational improvement.  • Provide expert guidance on evaluating solution alternatives and determining optimal approaches. Practice Leadership & Mentorship • Establish and uphold best practices, standards, and frameworks for requirements and analysis.  • Coach and mentor business analysts at all levels, providing training and quality oversight.  • Partner with project managers, product owners, and leaders to ensure consistent execution and   stakeholder alignment. Requirements

  • 7-9 years of business analysis experience with proven success leading requirements on complex or enterprise‑level projects, and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, analytics, or related field, required
  • Expertise in business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
  • Executive‑level communication and facilitation.
  • Portfolio‑level analytical and strategic reasoning.
  • Strong coaching and capability‑building skills.
  • Ability to drive alignment across diverse groups.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in business, communications, analytics, or related field, Preferred.
