What Success Looks Like In 3 months - Learn Arcadiaâs data model, core use cases, and start conducting quality analyses for customer datasets. In 6 months - Lead data validation efforts and advise customers on how ingestion and configuration decisions affect their analytics. In 12 months - Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Arcadiaâs data pipelines, championing best practices and guiding health systems and payers to maximize their use of Arcadiaâs platform.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working with healthcare data with deep expertise in claims and or clinical data
2+ years of experience in value based care
Proficiency with SQL- This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of SQL and the ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with complex databases
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present findings to stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Experience with modern data tools (e.g., dbt, Redshift, Snowflake, Looker)
Familiarity with FHIR or healthcare interoperability standards
Experience supporting analytics or data governance in a high-growth SaaS environment

Responsibilities

Partner with Arcadiaâs data, product, and engineering teams to build scalable data assets and drive innovation
Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their data challenges and translate complex insights into clear, actionable solutions
Develop subject matter expertise across Arcadiaâs products and data model to influence new analytics capabilities and product improvements
Contribute to Arcadiaâs growing body of intellectual property and best practices for data-driven healthcare transformation
