Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering/business disciplines preferred) or directly applicable contracting experience or lesser years of experience if possessing preferred degrees
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience
• Excel Proficiency – Advanced
• Power Bi Proficiency – Advanced
• Knows programing/coding languages – SQL, Python

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage value-added capital and contractual vendor relationships which ensure the delivery of work within the agreed timelines, cost schedules, quality and safety standards.
• Champion bid events for internal business stakeholders while translating business needs to contract language.
• Support the development of strategies for new contract initiatives, maintenance of current contracts, annual reviews with contractors, resolving and negotiation of contractor issues.
• Liaise with legal experts on contract review, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
• Implement overhaul of contracts to be on par with best practices.
• Monitor contractual health and report to stakeholders with clear and concise reports and status.
• Support all levels of contract management in execution including, detailed recording of all communications with the contractor, maintenance of archived communications with contractors and business stakeholders.
