The Lead Analyst will track, analyze, report, and lead final key performance metrics to ensure activities within their assigned area are meeting strategic and financial objectives for a specified digital commerce workstream. This will include identifying key trends in the data to explain the business performance and trajectory. This candidate will take on ad hoc strategic projects and analyses, as required by leadership, to create new functionality or provide functionality for specified workstream. Key partners for this role will include other digital commerce teams, cross functional teams, and/or vendors/3rd party as needed. The Lead Analyst is responsible for analyzing seller interactions, improving the seller journey, and providing data-driven insights to enhance marketplace performance, seller satisfaction, increased sales, and optimized marketplace operations. This role blends data analysis, seller relationship management, and strategic project leadership to ensure Lowe’s Marketplace operates efficiently and sellers have a positive experience. It is a key function for Lowe’s to maintain a competitive, high-performing online marketplace.
