About The Position

SBD Housing Solutions is looking for a Seller Experience Advisor to join our team! As the first contact within our business, this team player will answer inbound calls from homeowners looking to sell! The SEA will qualify assets, answer questions, educate the client, and set appointments for our acquisition team. IF YOU ARE Communicative, with the ability to listen, understand, and educate based on the individual's needs. Coachable, with the ability to hear and apply feedback to improve processes, KPIs, and outcomes. Processed, enjoying ticking the box, filling in details, and supporting a team. Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, or inbound sales environments.
  • Expert customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborates effectively with consistent communication to cultivate long-term relationships and influence others.
  • Ability to work and perform in a growing, team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated to reach set targets and goals.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Salesforce, Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-qualify incoming leads and identify appointment opportunities windows.
  • Educate prospects on SBD value proposition and build rapport.
  • Complete Quality Assurance follow-up calls on scheduled appointments to ensure the exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop new business relationships with homeowners and wholesalers to expand prospect database.
  • Follow up with prospects via email and phone to generate qualified leads.
  • Create and maintain a prospective and past client database to ensure all leads are organized and up to date.
  • Track and report daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for the company scorecard.
