Summary: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during breakfast and brunch hours Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and anticipate guest needs Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including dietary restrictions and special requests Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience Assist Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff Resolve employee and guest-related problems. Communicate with Manager on all matters relating to the Restaurant. Requirements

Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergens
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate orders
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction
Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
Basic math and cash handling skills

Responsibilities
