About The Position
The Lead Admissions Support Services Coordinator supervises the Admission Specialists, who are responsible for prompt clinical review of all referrals for NC Hope Center treatment, determining, as part of a committee, clients appropriateness for treatment, and for accessing clients into KidsPeace programs in a timely manner. Position will collect and analyze specific data for the center related to consumer satisfaction to assist with strategic goals. Provide immediate point of contact supervision to the admissions department in cooperation/reporting to the Operations Manager.
