About The Position

Handles assigned legal or compliance matters and projects that are basic in nature, such as small value errors and omissions matters, non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, document review, legal research and basic contract drafting and review. Assists senior lawyers by conducting research on more complex legal issues. Assists senior lawyers with Compliance matters and projects such as licensing, monitoring, research, data compilation and synthesis, reporting, and task management. Works on assigned specialty area, region or line of business. Attends training sessions to develop skills needed to advance Legal and Compliance knowledge and abilities.
