About The Position

We’re looking for a PR Intern to join 1Milk2Sugars for the Summer 2026 term. This is a paid, hourly internship designed to provide hands-on agency experience. You’ll work alongside our PR team on day-to-day projects while gaining mentorship and building a portfolio of real client work.

Requirements

• Strong interest in PR, media, and beauty/lifestyle industries
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to collaborate as well as work independently
• Availability to support occasional events outside regular business hours
• Comfort with physical tasks such as packing mailers (lifting up to 25 lbs, as needed)

Nice To Haves

• Previous agency or office experience
• Familiarity with beauty influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Responsibilities

• Monitor media coverage and compile reports
• Draft press materials and assist with media outreach
• Support event planning and influencer engagement
• Maintain media databases
• Coordinate mailers and product send-outs
• Conduct research on venues, influencers, and trends
• Provide general administrative and reception support
• Other duties as assigned
