About The Position
Earn with a clear path to grow your income at Green Lawn Fertilizing. Lawn Technicians have a documented annual earnings path of $39,000 - $47,000 in Year 1, $49,000 - $58,000 in Year 2, and $54,000 - $62,000 in Year 3, with starting pay at $19.00 per hour, increases to $19.50 after 30 days and $20.00 after 90 days, plus overtime, production bonus, 5-star review bonus, sales commission, and an advancement program with the opportunity to earn up to $4.50 more per hour. Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude toward daily responsibilities
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work overtime and some Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Provide lawn care service to residential and commercial properties
- Apply herbicide and pesticide treatments safely and correctly
- Diagnose customer property issues
- Communicate with customers
- Document work performed
- Maintain equipment
- Safely drive a company vehicle between service locations
