Requirements

3+ years of lawn maintenance experience
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Nice To Haves

Proven leadership or crew lead experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a crew to complete daily lawn maintenance tasks
Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup with attention to detail
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operated safely
Conduct morning huddles to set goals and delegate responsibilities
Enforce safety protocols and uphold company standards on every job
Deliver excellent customer service and represent our company with professionalism
