Requirements
- Valid driver license is required
- 3+ years of landscape maintenance or crew-lead experience.
- Ability to operate a variety of landscaping equipment efficiently ( ie: zero-turn mower, push mower, edger, weed eater)
- Knowledge plants, proper pruning, and commercial maintenance techniques
- Strong communicator and hands-on leader who motivates the crew
- Ability to solve problems, stay efficient, and maintain safety standards
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in a variety of weather conditions
- Able to lift and move 50+ lbs or more safely.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working on large commercial properties is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties.
- Handle daily landscape maintenance tasks: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding etc.
- Ensure quality maintenance work is delivered in a safe and productive manner.
- Work with Account/Property Managers to keep jobs on schedule
- Drive company truck/trailer; complete simple daily reports.
- Keep equipment clean organized, ready for the day.
