Requirements

Ability to read and write English
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Physical ability to safely operate outdoor mowing equipment
Ability to walk, kneel, push, lift, and move up to 50 lbs
Must be able to wear required PPE and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid, clean driver’s license and age 21+ (insurance requirement)
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must pass a motor vehicle check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Experience in lawn services or mowing (helpful, not required)
Basic mechanical knowledge (helpful)
Applicants with a South Carolina driver’s license are preferred to bring their driving record.
Applicants with an out-of-state license must provide their driving record at the time of the scheduled interview.

Responsibilities

Perform routine mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial properties
Maintain assigned routes and ensure all scheduled properties are serviced on time
Monitor lawn quality and report any issues or property concerns
Communicate with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and quality service
Inspect properties for additional service needs and generate leads or proposals
Maintain vehicles, tools, and mowing equipment in safe working condition
Complete and submit all service paperwork accurately and promptly
Follow all safety rules, company procedures, and driving laws
