This position would: Optimize on outreach abilities used to build long-lasting connections between a law firm that cares and individuals who need that care. What a typical week looks like: Meets with firm clients at the end of their case to finalize all paperwork and elicit feedback on the client experience. Serve as a firm representative at company sponsored events, including client appreciation and outreach initiatives Assist the front office coordinator on occasion Daily encounters with clients providing impactful and influential client outreach Occasional travel to remote offices to complete a disbursal

Requirements

• 2 -3 years of client service experience
• Loves community outreach, working with people and is easily able to relate to others.
• Excellent oral and written communication, record keeping and organizational skills
• Technology savvy
• Strong communicator with a dynamic personality
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Is willing to travel on occasion to satellite offices from our Durham, NC headquarters (Note: No overnight trips. A firm vehicle or mileage will be provided)
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) required.
• A valid drivers license
• A clean background check is required to obtain a North Carolina notary license, which must be secured within 60 days of employment.
