About The Position

We are seeking a Laundry Attendant to join our team at Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah. This full-time role is essential to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for guest garments, bed linens, towels, and uniforms. You will play a key part in ensuring our guests experience warm and personalised hospitality through exceptional attention to detail and care.

Requirements

• Oral proficiency in the English language.
• High School graduate or G.E.D.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Reliable and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Committed to maintaining high grooming and uniform standards.
• Sensitive to cultural nuances and respectful of others.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
• Attend daily briefings and communicate effectively with the team.
• Collect, process, and deliver linen and guest laundry as needed.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use and change chemicals in accordance with safety protocols.
• Iron guest and colleague garments, and polish shoes upon request.
• Report any missing or damaged guest laundry items to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of laundry and uniform rooms.
• Support linen and uniform inventory and record-keeping.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
