Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and guest clothing according to established procedures.
• Operate laundry machinery such as washers, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect laundered items for stains, damage, or wear and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including routine cleaning of machines and workspaces.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of clean linens and guest items.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to comply with health regulations.
• Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and notify supervisors when stock is low.
