Our ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent management skills, and a keen eye for attention to detail. Ultimately, the role of the Store Manager is to ensure smooth running of our laundromat and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Retail Manager or similar role.
Strong management and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Spanish bilingual skills required.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Effectively communicate with clients and able to work with others.
Ability to multitask.
Build strong customer relationships.
Basic computer skills, including the use of email.
Able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends.
High School Diploma/GED.
Position involves standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of commercial laundry products and payment systems is a plus, but not required, cash handling experience is a must.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the laundromat.
Supervise and develop attendants and coordinate work schedules.
Ensure high-quality cleaning and laundry services.
Maintain machinery and ensure regular service and repairs are scheduled accordingly.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
Handle customer complaints and queries with resolutions in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and organizational protocols.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Manage budget and cost control procedures
All other duties, as assigned
