Requirements

Proactivity and eagerness to learn
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organization and attention to detail
Interest in topics such as organizational culture, corporate learning, and people development
Basic knowledge of Microsoft automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, Excel with macros)
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and collaborate with others
Professional level of English (spoken and written)
