Supports the Human Resource, Learning and Development team in designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining employee learning programs and professional development initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fostering employee growth, coordinating training sessions, maintaining learning materials, working in the Learning Management System (LMS), and contributing to organizational efficiency. The intern will work closely with the learning and development team to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
