Aon is looking for a Large Market Strategic Account Manager in San Francisco We are seeking a strategic leader responsible for shaping overall account strategy and managing the day‑to‑day execution of Aon’s relationships with your individual book of business. In this role, you will deeply understand each client’s business, industry dynamics, and strategic objectives to ensure our solutions align with their goals. You will lead the client service team in delivering exceptional service, driving measurable client outcomes, and ensuring both the retention and growth of the client and the broader book of business. You will serve as the primary connection between the client and Aon—promoting our value through thoughtful consultation, data‑driven insights, strategic pricing, and effective reporting. By cultivating strong relationships with senior decision‑makers and daily client contacts, you will proactively anticipate needs, guide renewal strategies, and ensure stewardship plans support long-term client success. Your leadership will ensure the team understands client priorities, delivers with precision, and supports profitable, value‑based account management.
