Position Summary Our Large Equipment Operator are responsible for safely operating various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to switch trucks, hydraulic cranes, mobile cranes, loaders, and trac-mobiles. This role supports daily yard operations by moving, loading, and preparing materials as needed. The Equipment Operator is expected to actively demonstrate and support PADNOS company values while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. A valid driver’s license is required. Schedule Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed. 2nd Shift

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated customer service skills
Minimum of six months of experience operating large equipment
Safety-oriented with a commitment to safe work practices
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated

Responsibilities

Operate equipment to load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks or railcars and move materials to designated areas
Maintain basic production, inventory, shipment, and equipment maintenance records as required
Identify and distinguish between different grades and types of materials
Inspect incoming and outgoing loads and assist with material grading when applicable
Assist with hand-sorting materials as needed to support yard operations
Perform other duties as assigned
