About The Position

Quakertown Veterinary Clinic (QVC) is looking for a professional and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Large Animal Reception team! WHAT YOU’LL DO As a CSR on our Large Animal team, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and a key part of keeping the hospital running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or reception (required)
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional, positive, and calm demeanor
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and teammates
  • Comfort working in a veterinary environment (large animal experience is a plus, but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones promptly, professionally, and efficiently
  • Responding to client inquiries and providing service information
  • Greeting clients and checking them in and out for appointments
  • Scheduling appointments and managing client flow
  • Entering and updating client and patient information in the system
  • Preparing invoices and processing payments
  • Handling clerical duties such as filing, mail, email, and record maintenance
  • Processing and organizing required state paperwork
