Large Animal Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Quakertown Veterinary Clinic (QVC) is looking for a professional and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Large Animal Reception team! WHAT YOU’LL DO As a CSR on our Large Animal team, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and a key part of keeping the hospital running smoothly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or reception (required)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A professional, positive, and calm demeanor
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and teammates
- Comfort working in a veterinary environment (large animal experience is a plus, but not required)
Responsibilities
- Answering phones promptly, professionally, and efficiently
- Responding to client inquiries and providing service information
- Greeting clients and checking them in and out for appointments
- Scheduling appointments and managing client flow
- Entering and updating client and patient information in the system
- Preparing invoices and processing payments
- Handling clerical duties such as filing, mail, email, and record maintenance
- Processing and organizing required state paperwork
