The Language Services Specialist supports the coordination and delivery of interpretation and translation services across client accounts. This role combines operations, resource management, and client coordination to ensure timely service delivery and strong client experience. The Language Services Specialist, in coordination with the Program Manager, plays a vital role in supporting the coordination, management, and oversight of all language services deliverables within the scope of the contract. This position ensures that language solutions are strategically integrated into project workflows and are delivered in a timely manner, within budgetary constraints, and in full compliance with client standards and requirements. The specialist assists in maintaining effective communication among the client, internal project teams, and subcontractors, thereby facilitating efficient resource allocation and supporting the achievement of program objectives.
