About The Position
The Landscaper will be responsible for the routine maintenance of the grounds and its utility requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year experience and background in landscaping or related field.
- Knowledge and use of all hand tools, manual tools and power tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- If driving is required for company business, must have a valid Driver License, be on approved drivers list and be insurable through the Tule River Tribe.
- Able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all lawn areas by mowing, weed eating and edging.
- Maintain all exterior trash receptacles.
- Properly depose all exterior trash and debris.
- Prune and trims trees and shrubs as needed.
- Cleans road gutters, culverts and other water drainage structures.
- Maintain and repair the sprinkler system and equipment.
- Perform weekly inspections as outlined on all equipment and systems.
- Report any major repair needs or requests for tools and supplies immediately.
- Must attend and be certified in all applicable training programs required.
- All other departmental duties as assigned.
