About The Position

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking landscaper to maintain outdoor spaces and keep them beautiful and functional. This role includes general landscaping tasks, cleaning and maintenance of pools, care for outdoor amenities, and overseeing irrigation systems. Leadership skills and experience with irrigation are required, as you'll help guide the team and ensure all outdoor areas are well-maintained.

Requirements

• Experience in landscaping, irrigation, or outdoor maintenance is required.
• Leadership experience managing teams or overseeing projects.
• Proficiency with landscaping tools and irrigation systems.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift and move equipment or materials as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work some weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plant and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and lawns.
• Trim, prune, and weed gardens and outdoor spaces.
• Operate landscaping tools like lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering.
• Clean and maintain pools by skimming debris and checking water levels.
• Maintain outdoor amenities like patios, grills, and recreational areas.
• Lead and guide a small team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all tasks are done safely and adhere to maintenance standards.
