The Line of Business Specialist is for driving year-over-year growth in their specialty Line of Business. They may also provide technical support to field Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers and Store Personnel as needed to help formulate solutions to customer technical issues. What you'll do: Participate in the sales process with Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers Coordinate new/existing customer/employee training sessions and product demonstrations with vendors to deepen customer solution knowledge, and employee product knowledge, in the specialty Line of Business (LOB) Complete detailed project planning and estimates for complicated, high-volume projects Constantly demonstrate professional and technical knowledge through speaking engagements, writing of white papers, and development customer/field support literature Leverage solution-focused sales tools and processes to maximize growth with assigned accounts May manage a small book of business. Responsible for growing gross margin in book of business year over year. Partner with leadership and Field Support to understand the impact of emerging technologies and ways of working on business performance, and actively support and lead their implementation. Ensure that customers are aware of and fully utilizing all of SiteOne’s capabilities including SiteOne University, vendor support, and Partner’s Program.
