THIS POSITION IS SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, 4 HOUR SHIFTS. MUST HAVE PRIOR LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE. Hours: 6AM-10AM The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the company’s properties. The Porter is responsible for ensuring that outdoor spaces are free from litter, debris, and broken branches. Additionally, the Porter may be called upon to perform light maintenance tasks such as trimming.
Requirements
- 1 year of similar experience as a Porter or landscape or irrigation work is preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to work schedule of 6AM-10AM daily.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular property walks to identify and pick up trash, litter, and debris
- Safely dispose of collected waste in designated bins or areas
- Remove and properly dispose of broken branches, leaves, and other natural debris
- Assist with light landscaping maintenance tasks such as trimming or clearing pathways as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storage areas for tools and equipment
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols
