As the Landscape Account Manager, the role involves being the head coach of a beautiful 120-acre campus, acting as a Grounds Management expert ensuring every inch of turf is event-ready.
Requirements
- 3+ years Landscape Management
- Turf/Irrigation expertise
- Crew Leadership
- Proven track record in landscape leadership or grounds management.
- Deep knowledge of warm and cool turf grass and irrigation.
- Ability to motivate a diverse crew and manage high-level client expectations.
- Comfortable navigating software for reporting and scheduling.
- A valid Driver’s License is required to operate the company vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 10–12 landscaping professionals.
- Oversee elite turf grass management and complex irrigation systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff, ensuring elite client relations.
- Utilize internal software to track production and maintain administrative precision.
- Serve as the Landscape Account Manager for all high-visibility events.
