As our Landscape Account Manager, you will be the head coach of a beautiful 120-acre campus. You aren't just managing a crew; you are a Grounds Management expert ensuring every inch of turf is event-ready.

Requirements

3+ years Landscape Management
Turf/Irrigation expertise
Crew Leadership
Proven track record in landscape leadership or grounds management.
Deep knowledge of warm and cool turf grass and irrigation.
Ability to motivate a diverse crew and manage high-level client expectations.
Comfortable navigating software for reporting and scheduling.
A valid Driver’s License is required to operate the company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 10–12 landscaping professionals.
Oversee elite turf grass management and complex irrigation systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for staff, ensuring elite client relations.
Utilize internal software to track production and maintain administrative precision.
Serve as the Landscape Account Manager for all high-visibility events.
