About The Position

Refined Gardens is seeking full-time, year-round Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to care for high-end residential properties across the Valley. This role offers a consistent 4-day work week, Tuesday through Friday, providing a reliable 3-day weekend, with occasional Monday or Saturday work required once or twice per year. Nice To Haves

Landscape maintenance experience preferred
Driver’s License: Preferred

Responsibilities

Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and detail work
Assist with planting, seasonal color, and irrigation checks
Monitor plant health and report issues such as pests, disease, or irrigation problems
Follow direction from the Foreman to complete work efficiently and to company standards
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Help ensure every property consistently meets high standards
