Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales experience (landscaping, construction, or related field preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confident in presenting proposals and closing deals
• Working knowledge of plants, materials, or landscape services
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business
• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs

• Prepare estimates, proposals, and client presentations
• Follow up on leads and bids to close sales

• Coordinate Projects
