Requirements

2–5 years of sales experience (landscaping, construction, or related field preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Confident in presenting proposals and closing deals
Working knowledge of plants, materials, or landscape services
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Drive New Business Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs
Prepare estimates, proposals, and client presentations
Follow up on leads and bids to close sales
Negotiate pricing and contracts within company guidelines
Serve as the primary contact throughout the sales process
Develop long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services
Collaborate with operations and production teams for smooth project execution
Communicate scope, timelines, and expectations clearly
Participate in job site meetings as needed
Keep up with industry trends and seasonal opportunities
Understand competitor offerings and positioning
