About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Landscape Crew Member to join the facilities team at a prestigious private school in Lynchburg. Help us keep our campus grounds pristine and welcoming for students, faculty, and visitors.
Position Overview
Title: Landscape Crew Member
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Experience: 1–3 years of professional landscaping experience required

Requirements

• Driving Record: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
• Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience operating commercial landscaping equipment.
• Professionalism: Ability to work efficiently on a school campus with a high level of reliability and respect for the environment.

Responsibilities

• Turf Maintenance: Mowing, weed eating, and edging to maintain clean lawn lines.
• Horticulture: Pruning trees and shrubs, planting new greenery, and seasonal mulching.
• General Upkeep: Keeping walkways clear and assisting with other outdoor duties as assigned by the supervisor.
