We’re looking for you to join our landscaping team. This isn’t just a job about cutting grass. You’ll be transforming outdoor spaces, enhancing curb appeal, and maintaining beauty while working alongside a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
Requirements
- Reliability: A valid Driver’s License and a "get-it-done" attitude.
- Stamina: Ability to lift 35+ lbs and work comfortably in the Virginia climate.
Nice To Haves
- Experience: 1–3 years in landscaping is a major plus, but a passion for outdoor work is essential
Responsibilities
- Precision Maintenance: Execute high-quality turf care including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Horticultural Care: Assist in the planting and maintenance of shrubs, flowers, and greenery to ensure long-term landscape health.
- Property Detail: Prune and weed with an eye for detail.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with a crew to hit daily goals while maintaining top-tier safety standards.
