About The Position

General Requirements Must be able to work in various outdoor conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow. Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks. Able to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the day. Must maintain a driving record that meets company insurance requirements and be eligible to operate company vehicles. Required to be available during the off-season for snow operations as needed. Must adhere to all company safety standards, operational procedures, and policy guidelines. Specific job responsibilities are included as guidelines and can be expanded to include other duties as needed at the discretion of Green View managers at any time. Position Specific Requirements Perform pre-operation inspections on hand tools, wheelbarrows, and small power tools to ensure safe operation. Load and unload materials, locating necessary items on trucks and staging them for efficient project execution. Maintain cleanliness of trucks, tools, and facilities through daily housekeeping, including washing equipment, greasing and sharpening tools as needed. Check and replenish fluids on equipment to ensure proper function throughout the workday. Operate basic power equipment such as pressure washers and power tampers under supervision, ensuring safe handling and adherence to safety protocols. Assist with planting of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees, following placement guidelines and ensuring proper backfilling and fertilization. Support landscape construction tasks, including digging, grading, and hardscape preparation, following foreman instructions precisely. Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, and wheelbarrow use, maintaining the ability to lift up to 80 lbs throughout the workday. Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris, storing materials properly, and following all company safety protocols. Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, PPE usage, and adherence to company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
